Hey, I’m Kalie Henderson — the face and heart behind Kalie Henderson Productions. I’m 24, originally from the mountains of West Virginia, and for the last six years, I’ve called Charleston, South Carolina home.
I’ve always been drawn to nostalgia — that warm, familiar magic you feel when you watch old home videos. Growing up, I’d spend hours rewatching tapes of me and my brother as kids or seeing my parents when they were younger. Those little snippets of life felt like time travel to me — real, raw, and full of emotion — and they shaped the way I see the world.
What began as editing home movies for fun slowly grew into something much bigger. My first real project was filming my cousin’s wedding, and experiencing the emotion of that day through a lens made something click. I realized storytelling through film wasn’t just something I loved — it was something I was meant to do. That’s when Kalie Henderson Productions came to life.
